Abstract: To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM directed permeation combined with Jin’sthree-needle acupuncture in the treatment of insufficiency of renal sperm intellectual anddevelopmental disability. A total of 84 children with insufficiency of renal sperm typeintellectual and developmental disability were randomly divided into 42 patients in thetreatment group and 42 cases in the controlgroup. The treatment group was treated withTCM directional permeation combined with Jin’s three-needle acupuncture with cognitivetraining, while the control group was given only conventional cognitive training. Before andafter treatment, the Chinese Revised Merriam-Webster Intelligence Scale for Children(WISC-III) was used to blindly assess the intelligence level of the two groups, and then theefficacy was compared. The overall efficacy of 42 patients in the treatment group was betterthan that of the control group, and the comparison between the groups was statisticallysignificant (p<0.05). The combination of TCM directional permeability combined with Jin’sthree-needle acupuncture can effectively improve the intelligence level of children withinsufficiency of renal sperm intellectual and developmental disability, which is worthpromoting

Abstract: "Opening and closing the pivot" first appeared in "Huangdi Neijing, Suwen, Yinand Yang Clutch Theory", which describes the understanding of the transformation of meridian qi, the opening and closing of all things, and the transfer of internal organs from the three yin and three yangs. "Wuchi" as the name of the disease first appeared in the "Medical Sect Jinjian". By explaining the etiology and pathogenesis of Wuchi, the author believes that the mechanism of its pathogenesis is mainly that the "block" of Yin is too much and the "pivot" of Shaoyin is too much, and by analyzing the relationship between the two, we can more comprehensively and accurately carry out better clinical differentiation and treatment of the current disease.

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to observe the curative effect of Anshen DingzhiWan combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation on mental retardation ofheart-gallbladder Qi-deficiency type. The methods of this paper is sixty enrolled childrenwere randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each. Thetreatment group was given Anshen DingzhiWan repeated transcranial magnetic stimulationtherapy and rehabilitation training, while the control group was given rehabilitationtraining only. The Chinese revised Wechsler Intelligence Scale for infants and Childrenwas used for blind assessment of the intelligence level of the children in the two groups, and then the efficacy was compared, and the increase rate of IQ score was calculatedaccording to the Nimodipine method. The results of this paper is Anshen Dingzhi Wan waseffective in the treatment of mental retardation of heart-gallbladder Qi-deficiency type. Theclinical efficacy of the treatment group was far better than that of the control group, and thedifference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). The conclusion of this paper is Anshen Dingzhi Wan combined with repeatedtranscranial magnetic stimulation has significant effect on mental retardation of heart andgallbladder Qi deficiency type and low side effects.
